1.1. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality, and colour.

1.2. If we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution, we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 30 days of the intended delivery date.

1.3. We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life.

1.4. Products purchased from our site are for personal use only and must not be resold without our express consent. By purchasing products from our site, you agree that you will not resell any products, including any part of a product. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

1.5. If we believe that an order is fraudulent or has been flagged by our website fraud checks, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

2. Prices
2.1. Prices listed on our Website are valid for a maximum of 14 days after placing your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.2. Prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges.

3.3. Farima Perry Florals & Events Ltd is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received in full. In the event that requested goods are unavailable, we may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund.
