Shipping and Transit Policy For Orders Placed Via our Website
- There may be circumstances where we cannot guarantee delivery on your specified date. We will, however, endeavour to inform you of any issues within our control ahead of dispatch. We do not take any responsibility for issues outside of our control, including delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.
- Farima Perry Florals & Events Ltd will deliver the order to the address as per the Delivery address in the order details. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect delivery information. If any mistakes have been made in relation to the address, please contact us immediately.
- It is the responsibility of the sender to inform the recipient of a delivery. If any perishables are left in a safe place, this is at the discretion of our courier partner, and we are not responsible for the safe delivery of the order.
- Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery in Loughton, Essex. Please order online before 12pm on Monday- Thursday. We cannot guarantee the availability of all flowers for same-day delivery
- Courier Partners: We send all orders outside of London postcodes using reliable courier services. From time to time, delays may occur within the courier network that are beyond our control, and orders can be in transit for longer than expected. We will endeavour to notify you if any known delays occur.
- Time in Transit: While we aim for next-day delivery (on all orders placed via our Website on Monday-Thursday before 12pm) for any postcodes outside IG10, we cannot guarantee the flowers will arrive in perfect condition if transit time exceeds 24 hours. We are not liable for any delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
- Non-Delivery: While we endeavour to deliver all orders in a timely manner, if our drivers or courier partners are unable to make contact with the recipient or customer, or if the customer does not contact us, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of the order.
- International Delivery & Customs: International orders are subject to local customs policies and regulations, and the recipient is responsible for any additional fees, customs charges, or delays that may arise. Farima Perry Florals & Events Ltd is not liable for such issues.
- Safe Place: Please add any notes regarding a safe location for deliveries if no one is available at the delivery address. This will be passed on to our courier partners alongside the delivery address. Any perishables left in a safe place are at the sender’s risk.
