Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Entered the wrong delivery address? Need to update the gift message or change the delivery date? No worries! Simply email us at studio@farimaperry.com with your order number, and let us know what adjustments you’d like to make.
Please note that once your order has left our studio (typically on the morning of the scheduled delivery date), we will no longer be able to make any changes.
How to care for your flowers?
Taking proper care of your flowers can significantly extend the life of your bouquet. To make it easier, we’ve compiled some handy tips to help you keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful for as long as possible.
- KEEP THEM TIED
When you unwrap your bouquet, resist the temptation to cut the string holding the flowers together. Keeping this string intact helps maintain the beautifully hand-tied arrangement, ensuring the bouquet retains its original shape. - TRIM THE STEMS
Before placing your flowers in a vase, carefully snip each stem at an angle using scissors. This step is essential to help the flowers absorb water, as the cut ends can dry out quickly. To keep them fresh, trim the stems again after about three days, allowing them to absorb as much water as possible. - PROVIDE ADEQUATE HYDRATION
Upon arrival, place your flowers in a clean vase filled halfway with lukewarm water. To keep them looking vibrant, replace the water every 2 days. - AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Direct exposure to sunlight will cause your flowers to wilt more quickly. Instead, keep them in a cool area where the room is bright but the sunlight does not directly hit the flowers. - REMOVE WILTED BLOOMS
Since some flowers may wilt sooner than others, be sure to remove any wilted stems promptly. This not only keeps the bouquet looking fresh but also prevents bacteria from spreading to the other flowers.

What is your Refunds & Returns Policy?
We regret that we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind for any fresh flowers or food and beverage products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or if your flowers arrive damaged, please reach out to us at studio@farimaperry.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Be sure to include a photo and your order number so we can assist you promptly.
How to cancel your order
If you need to cancel your order, please call our studio on 020 7483 1999 or email us at studio@farimaperry.com, providing your order number.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver orders to London postcodes and Loughton between 9am and 8pm, but please note that we cannot guarantee or specify an exact delivery time slot. If you’d like an update on your order status, feel free to contact us.
For deliveries to nationwide postcodes, you can track your order through Royal Mail or DPD.
